This is authentic French Champagne, not California sparkling wine. Made with 100% Pinot Noir in the traditional Blanc de Noirs style, 14 years of lees aging develops layers of brioche, toast, and evolved fruit. The extended aging creates remarkable depth and the kind of complexity you simply cannot rush.
