Aging and Refining
75% of the wine was fermented in stainless steel at 50°F to preserve freshness and aromatic precision, while the remaining 25% was fermented in neutral French oak to contribute subtle texture and complexity. The wine underwent partial malolactic fermentation and was aged on its lees for five months to enhance mouthfeel and integrate the components. It was then racked to tank and prepared for bottling.
