Tasting Notes
Grown in the Fountaingrove AVA of northeast Sonoma County, this Kick Ranch Sauvignon Blanc is a striking expression of site, shaped by volcanic soils derived from Sonoma Volcanics and Franciscan Formation bedrock. The aromatics unfold with lifted notes of candied grapefruit, guava, and lemongrass, offering both vibrancy and complexity. The palate is poised and energetic, carrying through to an exceptionally long, mineral-driven finish layered with Persian lime, chamomile, citrus blossom, and jasmine. A beautifully composed and compelling Sauvignon Blanc.

Aging and Refining
This wine undergoes a carefully controlled, slow fermentation over 30 days at ultra-low temperatures to preserve its delicate aromatics. After fermentation, 30% is aged sur lie in French oak for six months, adding richness and texture while preserving its bright, fresh character. The result is a beautifully balanced wine that marries elegance with depth and complexity.
